Lambert Vineyards Reserve Shiraz 2004
Tasting Notes
This shiraz was matured in French oak for 22 months prior to bottling. Comprised of the best performing barrels from the vintage, it displays rich plum and cherry fruit, harmonious tannins and well-integrated oak. This vintage has slightly higher acidity, which cuts through the tannins producing a truly elegant finish. Cellar for up to 10 years.

Food Pairings and Serving Suggestions
It Pairs nicely with dishes that complement its fruit and spicy qualities; a nice match for spicy Mexican, barbequed dishes, and red meats such as beef and venison. Less tannic, this vintage is suitable for sipping or for cocktails when no food is served.
The wine should be served at cool room temperature. It can be opened right before you intend to serve it, but will benefit from opening it an hour or so before drinking.
