Medium yellow-green; a fairly massive bouquet, with ripe melon and fig fruit framed by positive but not aggressive oak, then a fruit-driven, rich palate ranging through yellow peach/nectarine/melon fruit. The alcohol does show, reflecting the very hot vintage.
