HARVEST OF GIPPSLAND
Lardner Park is located midway between Drouin and Warragul and about an hours drive out of Melbourne
Harvest of Gippsland is a presentation of the clean, green food and wine production from Gippsland.
Over 100 quality food and wine producers allow patrons to experience some of Australia’s highest quality produce made and grown in the Gippsland region at this all weather event.
Ross Wilson & amp; The Urban Legends will be back live on stage plus an exciting range of new and varied Children's entertainment.
Cooking demonstrations are a key feature of the day and include the final of the Gippsland Signature Dish Competition as well as specialist-producer sessions.
A FREE carry bag and tasting glass is included with each admission ticket (adult admission). These bags carry three bottles of wine plus a larger area for other produce.
Harvest Of Gippsland has the support of the Grape Growers and Wine Makers Association of Gippsland who will be represented on the stands with the unique blend of wines on mass. Harvest of Gippsland also incorporates the Gippsland Wine show with most entrants having stands at the Harvest.
Foods available include meats, cheeses, fruit and berries, fish, chilli as an example. Even among those choices there are also another range including organic.
Harvest of Gippsland will also feature the Farmers Market type presentation where you will be able to buy freshly presented produce from this clean, green region to take home.
As well as the food and wine - Picturesque Lardner Park will be transformed into a picnic style atmosphere with various bands playing a variety of music from Jazz to Pop music all day. The experience gained in attending this event will enable you to taste, sample and enjoy the culinary delights of local food and wine produce in the region.
