This is the 7th year that the Rhythm & Vines festival has run in the Yarra Valley.
Once again there we will be on offer two types of music spread over two main arenas; choose the right vibe for you...Live music will be mixed with DJ's percussion, bongo's, sax and vocals offering a live component on the main stage that is high energy and will leave the vineyard jumping...
If you prefer good food wine and a more relaxed experience then upgrade your ticket to the private restaurant package and enjoy cheese and wine tasting, air conditioned compfort and private dining at your own table with the option to relax like a V.I.P.
The second stage is available to all ticket holders and will offer a more intimate and cultured entertainment experience with live South American band, Mexican Trio and salsa dance lessonsAll tickets include lunch and a glass of wine. Sealed bottled water (only), food, esky, rugs & chairs permitted.

Buses depart at 10:30am from the Arts Centre
11.00am from Ringwood and return to ringwood at 6.30 and the Arts Centre at 7pm

FAQ'S
what can i bring to the rhythm & vine festival?
sunscreen, hat & extra clothing is wise to bring on the day. prepre for any weather. extra snacks for chairs & a blanket to sit on is advisable.
what can’t i bring?
the rhythm and vines is a licensed event. no alcohol, metal cutlery, soft drink or glass (of any sort) is allowed. Bottled water, food, esky & chairs are permitted.
what if it rains?
rhythm and vines is an outdoor event, however rochford has some undercover areas. this event will not be cancelled due to rain - all we say is be prepared for all weather conditions!
can we bring food or drinks?
yes you can, but food & drink are available on the day
can i buy wine on the day to take home?
yes you can buy wine on the day at selected to take home.
are there facilities for disabled people?
yes, these areas are clearly marked. just look out for the signs to disabled parking upon arrival. disabled toilets are also available. please advise when booking so we can take extra care to ensure you are fully catered for.
are refunds available?
no. once the ticket sale is processed the purchase is final. By purchasing the rhythm and vines ticket, you acknowledge that the organisers may cancel, suspend or change the date on which the event is to be held for whatsoever reasons in their sole discretion.
In the event the event is cancelled, suspended or the date of which it is conducted is changed by the Organisers then you should retain your ticket and vouchers for use on an alternative day or event.
For the avoidance of doubt, no refunds will be issued nor will you have any rights whatsoever to make any claim against the Frontier Wines for the cancellation, suspension or change of date of the event.
It is a condition of entry to any of Rochford wineries that staff at the winery will conduct a search of any bags or items carried by you. You will be required to leave all prohibited items at the entrance of the winery for collection by you upon you leaving the winery or alternatively make arrangements to leave them in any vehicle you are travelling with.
No responsibility will be taken by Frontier Wines for any such items left at the winery’s entrance or in any vehicle as they will remain at your risk. If you do not co-operate with the inspections or refuse to remove prohibited items you will be refused entry to the participating winery.
Vouchers are not transferable, not redeemable for cash and not redeemable for goods other than specified.
are the event details likely to change?
occasionally changes occur that are out of our control. all scheduled menus & entertainment are subject to change. again no refund will be offered in these circumstances.
are eftpos facilities available?
yes, in some cases eftpos will be available. check with the winery before you come along - there are lots of people, so to reduce waiting times, is is advisable to bring cash.
am i allowed to bring a camera to the event?
most certainly!
can i smoke at the event?
yes you can , but please dispose of your cigarette thoughtfully (ashtrays will be provided) and please be considerate of other patrons.
is first aid available?
there will be a first aid stations available. please advise if there are any medical issues before you board & please consult a doctor if you have any further medical questions. in the event of a medical emergency, we will call an ambulance & will immediately go to a hospital/doctor.
where is lost property?
if you find or lose something – give it to the organisers who will hang onto the item for safe keeping & held for a maximum of 1 month.
